Suzanne McComas
Years ago, as her career as a private investigator began, Suzanne found herself working cases no one else wanted- dangerous situations, families who had lost hope, individuals fighting institutions on their own, all turning to her as a last resort.
She has helped families of homicide victims looking for answers, done suicide reviews for parents and siblings who felt their loved ones didn't get the time and expertise they deserved by local law enforcement, and child abuse casework. As her reputation grew, she worked briefly with Fox TV's America's Most Wanted, and became a crime consultant for radio and television stations, print media, and national news sources. Suzanne was the only one to publicly say prior to the arrests that the DC Sniper was in fact two minority males, proven correct within days of her appearance on CBS TV. When so called "profilers" were rambling on about the Jon Benet case, she did not hesitate to publicly label John Mark Karr a time wasting nut job. The confidence to know you're right is what has made her so powerful for her clients.
In the past 10 years she has opposed Federal, State, and Local authorities, as well as working with the police and contributing to the cause of getting a killer or pedophile off the streets for good.
She went to New Orleans in the horrible deadly days following Katrina, found displaced plaintiffs for her client to file a federal emergency restraining order for a civil rights violation of its citizens, (living in her rental car as she worked the case!)
In 2006 Suzanne testified in front of the House Judiciary Committee on behalf of minority citizens who had been harassed by the BATFE while trying to legally purchase firearms.
This year Suzanne has been doing media work on the growing epidemic of family homicides across the country, trying to prevent even more shock and grief at entire families being killed by their own parent. She has also established her own non-profit corporation to address the growing issue of familicide and child homicides by their own parents.
She has worked around the world for all income levels, social situations, races, religions, and treats all her clients with respect and fairness. As she transitions into new ventures for 2009, the future looks brighter than ever. Call today to discuss your consultation needs directly with Suzanne. |
