This presentation lays out our own tools we used to cope with being a victim of mental, physical, and sexual abuse, and is a compassionate, entertaining, funny down to earth approach anyone can apply to their own life's traumatic events. Through faith in yourself we show the audience how you can conquer your own demons and emerge in charge of your own destiny.

Audience participation is encouraged and involves everyone attending, with the 90 minute presentation a message of strength, humor, forgiveness, and love.
